Non-returnable items

Satisfying our customers is our top priority. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our seasonings, rubs and sauces. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately with your concern or question at marsha@seasoningthyme.com.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
